!melk wins project with CMLC in Calgary

!melk wins new project in Calgary to develop an innovative mixed-use parkade and public realm, following a competitive RFP and interview process. This 3-acre urban infill project is located within the rapidly developing Downtown East Village neighborhood and is commissioned by the Calgary Municipal Land Corporation (CMLC), the largest municipal land owner in the province. A primary goal of the project is to establish an iconic point of arrival for visitors and residents of the neighborhood, as well as to provide a dynamic linkage to the new Calgary Central Library, the new National Music Center of Canada, the Beltline, and the Calgary Stampede Grounds. !melk is joined by key collaborators 5468796 Architecture (Winnipeg) and Kasian Architecture (Calgary).
